Invoices:

The Business will invoice the Client before completion of milestone(s) or the Project, unless otherwise noted in the Payment schedule. The Client agrees to pay invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or termination of the Project.

Refunds Policy:

• Full refund if service goals are not achieved. No refunds will be issued for any other reasons. 
• Services completed as described in the contract are not subject to refunds. The Client will not be reimbursed for services cancelled once work has begun. All the sales are final. 
  
• No refunds will be issued if you are unable to attend in person. Cancel the service if you are late for more than half an hour. 
• No refund will be made if your bank application fails due to a previous offense. 

Accepted Payment Methods: 

• Credit Card ( via Square )
• JPY transfer

Licensing:

The Business hereby promises that it holds all the license, registration, permit or authorization (hereinafter referred to as "License") necessary to perform the work or to provide the service, that said license is valid and effective as of the date when any work is performed or services provided, and that all work performed or services provided will be done in compliance with all applicable law, regulation and guidelines.

Other:

• You can exchange contact information with the on-site staff and become friends, but please do not sexually harass or send indecent messages. The service will be terminated immediately if the above situation occurs.
  
• We do not have any charges other than the initial service fee. If the on-site staff asks you for a tip, please decline and contact us.
  
• This service is limited to personal use only and cannot be transferred or shared with third parties.
• If you are already living in Japan and want to change your residence registration, please make sure that you have already moved out. If you have not yet moved out there will be an additional cost.
